Welcome to FerryCart. By using our tempo rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

When you book a tempo rental, you enter into a rental agreement with us. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.

2. Rental Duration

The rental duration is defined by the booking terms—whether hourly, daily, or long-term. Any extension to the rental period will incur additional charges, which must be paid before the extended rental duration.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Rental prices are determined based on the type of tempo, duration, and distance covered.
  • Payment must be made before the rental period begins. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, online transfers, and cash.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to booking confirmation.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after the rental, provided there is no damage or misuse of the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Use

  • The tempos are to be used only for the transportation of goods and should not exceed the maximum load capacity.
  • The vehicles should not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Any misuse or damage to the tempo during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility.

6. Driver Responsibility

All our tempos come with a professional, licensed driver. The driver will be responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle, and the renter should not interfere with the driver’s duties.

7. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made before 24 hours of the rental time will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the terms of the cancellation.

8. Insurance

Our tempos are fully insured. However, renters will be liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit. Renters are encouraged to properly secure their items and verify the vehicle’s condition before use.
